LLC.,with its factory located in No.3 building of the export processing district of Qingpu at No. 8228, Beiqing Rd., Shanghai, is a solely owned company by Honkongnese. Its main products are various types of plastic for manufacturing and processing industries, PVS conveyor belts.



	Parlex (Shanghai) Interconnect Technologies Co., Ltd. The headquarter of Parlex Corporation is in Methuen, Massachusetts. Since 1970, Parlex offers world-class design, prototyping, value added assembly and custom manufacturing for flexible circuits and flat flexible cabling. It also offers the broadest range of flexible circuitry and flat flexible cable products and services in the electronics, automobiles, web and computer industries. In April 2004, Parlex Corporation established Parlex (shanghai) Co., Ltd with total amount of investment and registered capital of 10 million and 5 million. In 2005, Parlex realized the sales amount of $ 2030 million.



	Culp Fabrics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Culp Fabrics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary company of Culp Inc. which was founded in North Carolina in April 1972. Today it ranks as one of the world's largest marketers of upholstery fabrics for furniture and mattress fabrics for bedding. Culp has offices and factories in North California, South California, Canada and China.In May 2007, Culp Inc. signed the lease Agreement with Wangshi and located here formally.Culp Fabrics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. invested $ 4.2 million with total registered capital of $2.1 million. At first phase, Culp leased factory building of 10000 square meters. It is forecasted that two years later the total production amount can reach 2500 million RMB.



	Alpha-Cure Asia Ltd. Alpha-Cure was formed in 1996 and is the UK’s only independent manufacturer of UV Curing and Metal Halide lamps. Alpha-Cure are able to offer equivalents of all of the leading lamp makes produced in Europe, North America and the Far East which are distributed by agents strategically located throughout the world. All of the Directors of Alpha-Cure work within the Research and Development facilities, offering customers the highest level of technical back up available. In September 2005, Alpha-Cure Asia Ltd. was established as a sole subsidiary in Shanghai Qinpu Export Processing Zone and in 2008, Alpha-cure renewed the lease contract, deepen the cooperation with Wangshi.



	Improved Piping Products Ltd. Shanghai Improved Piping Products Ltd Shanghai (IPPSH) is a wholly foreign funded company from the United States. IPPSH’s core business is to produce different styles of flanges. All the products are exported overseas, enjoying high reputation in the international market. In November 2007, IPPSH signed contract with Wangshi in Qingpu Export Processing Zone.

Tariff-Free Imports	Machines, equipment, molds and maintenance accessory parts required for production; machines, equipment, and construction materials required for the construction of infrastructures; and office supplies for private use are all exempt from customs tariffs and import linkage tariffs.
Tax Refunds on Products Entering the Zone	Enterprises within China operating outside the zone that ship in commodities can benefit from national preferential policies regarding refunds of value-added tax on exports. Any domestic machines, equipment, raw materials, spare parts, components, wrapping materials, and reasonable amounts of construction materials, etc., will be treated as exports and receive tax refunds.
Bonded Imported Materials	Imported raw materials, spare parts, components, wrapping materials, and consumables required for processing export products are all considered to be fully bonded goods.
Tax-Exempt Exports	Products re-exported after processing are exempt from taxes. Products, raw materials, mechanical equipment and other goods transferred between export processing zones are exempt from taxes.
The trade of import products within the EPZ is tax free	The goods like products, raw materials and machine can be transferred and exchanged freely from one EPZ to another EPZ.
Foreign Exchange Policies	When goods produced in the zone are to be sold to international destinations, there is no need to undergo the receipt of remittance and sale verification procedures for exports, and when making payments to international destinations, there is no need to undergo remittance payment and sale verification procedures for imports.
Quotas and Licensing	Commodities can move freely between the Export Processing Zone and other countries. Not otherwise provided by the state, no quotas or licenses are required.
