In 2000, Shanghai Jinsha Real Estate Co., Ltd (the affiliated company of Wangshi) developed about 340,000square meters' residential property in Sijing town, Shanghai.

In 2003, Shanghai Wanghu Industrial Co., Ltd. was established and Wangshi started the property development in Songjiang Export Processing Zone.
